Returning a Purchase

I have an issue with my product, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If you have a problem with your item, please contact our customer service team by email or phone - they will be happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What should I do if I no longer like/want my product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can either upgrade it to a different product, or send it back to us for a refund. Please note that any unwanted items will need to be returned in ‘as-new’ condition within 60 days of ordering.

Can I upgrade to a different product?

Yes, you are able to upgrade to a different product within 60 days of your purchase, as long as the returning goods are unused and in new condition.

How long is your returns policy

We offer a 60-day return window, starting from the day of your order. Within these 60 days, you are able to return for a refund, replacement, or upgrade. Any items over 60 days old will only be covered under a manufacturer warranty, so will not be eligible for refunds and upgrades.

My product has arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do?

If your product has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will offer either a refund or replacement, as long as your order is still under 60 days old.

Can I return an online order directly to your warehouse?

Yes, any online order can be returned directly to our warehouse, as long as you have been in contact with our customer service team and been supplied with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. When returning goods in person, you will need to have your unique RMA number printed and stuck to the outside of the box, otherwise we will not be able to accept the goods. (You can also write your RMA number on blank paper and stick it to the box if you don't have access to a printer.)

How long will my refund take?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will take roughly 2 working days to be assessed and processed by our returns department. Once we have initiated your refund, it can take up to 14 working days for the funds to be shown in your account. This is not something that we have any control over, and the speed of your refund will depend on your banking provider.

How long is my product covered under warranty?

We provide a 2-year extended warranty for all items. The warranty will cover manufacturing issues, but not problems caused by user error or physical damage (after initial delivery.)
