Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order on our website as a guest, and you will have an option to create an account with your details at the end of the checkout process if you wish. We recommend creating an account with us to collect EM Points - giving you discounts on future purchases, but it is not required. Having an account with us is also beneficial if you plan on placing several orders, as you can easily view your order history on your account rather than searching for old invoices through your emails.

I can not log into my account

If you are struggling to log into your account, you can follow the password recovery process. As long as you have an account with us, you can enter your email address to receive a password reset link. Once your password has been reset, you should be able to log into your account. How can I create an Electromarket account?
