60 Days Returns Promise on all online purchases - you can return any new product within 60 days of receiving it, whatever the reason.

All returns require an RMA number which must be obtained from our customer services department before sending any goods to us.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so ElectroMarket’s promise is that if you have any issue with your chosen products within 60 days of receipt, you can simply return your purchase and we will offer you one of the following options:
Upgrade of your product to a different or higher specification unit. (upgrading to a significantly higher cost product will be subject to the difference in cost from the original purchase cost being paid)
Replacement of your product - should it be damaged or faulty we will happily replace your item like for like.
Refund of your product - should it not meet your expectations or requirements, or if it is damaged or faulty, a full refund will be offered.
All products sold as new are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the date of delivery. If any faults develop after 60 days from the date of purchase then you will need to return the item back to us.
*For your convenience we offer a courier collection service for returns made after the 60 day period, and will collect the item from your doorstep for a fee of £20.00.
After we have inspected the product(s) and it is found to be a warranty fault we will refund you the collection fee, complete a repair or replacement, then deliver back to you free of charge.
If the product(s) is not found to be a warranty fault the collection fee won't be refunded and we will give you a report of the problem. The actions from here can range from a charged repair, replacement or upgrade. We'll also give advice on how to prevent damage to your equipment in the future.
Please note: we do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse, modification, liquid ingress or normal wear and tear. We also request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging where possible, or a suitable alternative packaging.

Sometimes you purchase a product and simply change your mind, or find that you require something with better specification, or perhaps even something completely different, which is fine with us.
If you contact us within 60 days from the date of delivery then we can make this happen.
Our welcoming Sales Team are experts in all aspects of the entertainment industry, and will listen to and discuss your ideas, doing their best to help and advise you with what product would be ideally suited for your requirements.
If there are any additional costs you will only be charged the difference between the original order and the new order. We can also exchange the two orders at your door for a small fee, and all this can happen in as little as 24 hours.

If you find your purchase is faulty or damaged, we can arrange a free of charge exchange on the doorstep of your choice within our 60 day promise

If for any reason you do not want your purchase within 60 days of delivery, you can return your purchase by contacting us via phone or email to receive a returns number.
If your purchase is faulty, we will do a free of charge collection and our engineers will test the items on receipt to our warehouse. Please be aware, if the items are not found to be faulty, we reserve the right to deduct £20.00 collection charge from your refund.
Once we receive the goods back at our warehouse, we promise to complete a refund for the goods you purchased within 5 working days via your original payment method.

Please note: We DO NOT accept any returns without a valid RMA returns number on the outside of the packaging. This is so that we can offer you the highest quality Customer Service and we are able to track your return when it is received into our warehouse.
Any returns without a returns number may be rejected on delivery, or will take longer to process as we try to find who originally purchased the items. You can receive a returns number by contacting our Customer Services Team via phone or email.
