How long has Electromarket been around?

Electromarket started in 2004 as a humble DJ shop in Essex. Since then, we have expanded to become one of the leading audio-visual retailers in the United Kingdom.

Do you have a physical shop?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical shop or any demo room facilities. We do, however, offer a 60-day return policy for all items should you be unsatisfied with your purchase.

Do you provide assistance with equipment setup?

Yes! Once you have placed an order, you can contact our knowledgeable team to help you set it up, free of charge. We pride ourselves on our service, even after your order has been placed.

Do you offer equipment rental services?

No, unfortunately we do not offer rental or hire for our equipment, which is sold on a purchase-only basis.

Where is your warehouse and offices?

Our warehouse and offices are currently located in West Thurrock, Essex. Please note that we no longer have a shop for customers, although we do offer a free click-and-collect service for online or phone orders.

Do you have a VAT registration number?

Yes, we are VAT registered. (GB848337300) If you are exempt from paying VAT, please contact our sales team to place your order.

Do you offer equipment repair services?

We offer warranty repairs on any orders that are under two years old and past 60 days since the order was placed. This service does not include issues not covered under warranty, and we do not repair equipment that was not purchased from us.

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we can provide an installation service that is fully bespoke to your requirements. If you require any advice on installation after placing an order, you can contact our knowledgeable team who will be happy to go through all steps and any questions you may have.
