Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes, we offer a free click-and-collect service on any applicable items. Simply choose click and collect on the checkout page when ordering, and supply your name, email address, phone number, and billing address (this is for security purposes regarding your payment.) Please note that you will need to provide your order number and show ID to prove who you are when you arrive at our warehouse.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna for payments.

Do you accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment?

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment. This would generally only be accepted for Schools and Government Agencies. Please contact our sales team by phone or email for further information.

What are the reasons for my order being declined?

If your order got declined, is it most likely because the card that you used for payment was not registered to the supplied billing address. Another possibility is that your bank suspected the transaction to be fraudulent, therefore rejecting the payment from leaving your account. Please contact us if you are having any issues placing your order.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, add any items that you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have added items to your basket, you can click the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button and follow the checkout process. Choose your preferred method of payment and provide your payment details accordingly, and then place your order. You have the option to place your order as a guest, as well as create an account with us for any future orders.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can place an order over the phone with our sales team for either delivery or collection. Please note that if you wish to place an order over the phone, you will need to pay using a card that is registered to the shipping address (this is to keep your payment 3D secure in order to protect both you and us against fraudulent activity.)

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to cancel your order or make any modifications. Our operating hours are 9 am - 6 pm (Monday-Thursday) and 9 am - 5 pm (Friday). We do not offer any service on weekends or holidays.

The item I require is out of stock, can I still order it?

If the item you require is out of stock, you can still place an order, as long as it is over the phone with one of our sales reps. They will take your details and payment, and provide you with a lead time on the goods with an estimated shipping date. Once we have received the goods at our warehouse, we will ship them ASAP and keep you informed of any updates along the way.

Do you have any finance facilities?

Yes, we provide Klarna as a payment platform for finance options. Available payment plans include Buy Now, Pay In 30 Days, or Pay In Installments (standard finance). The finance options will differ depending on the product, but you can see the available options upon checkout of your order.
