You accumulate points that can be used to reduce the total of your basket by cashing in your points.
One EM point is equal to £0.02, and so 100 EM points gives you £2.00 off. One EM Point is awarded for every pound spent, so if you spend £100 you receive 100 EM Points.
Each product page tells you the number of points you will accumulate if you were to purchase it, and returning customers with accounts can see their points total under your ‘My Account’ page.

If you have already placed an order but didn’t create an account, just give our friendly customers service team an email
with the email address and order number you used for the previous order and we’ll be able to transfer the points from your previous order to your account.The points will need to be for orders placed within the last two years.
Finally, you’ll have two years to use the points, giving you plenty of time to accumulate them for the right moment.
