Luke's Biography
As the Customer Service Manager at ElectroMarket, I bring over a decade of experience in the sound and lighting industry. When I first joined ElectroMarket in 2013, I had no idea that I would one day make a career in this industry. However, over the years, my passion for the industry has grown, largely thanks to the people that I work with.
As a young adult, I was always an avid attendee of live music events. However, it was not until I joined ElectroMarket that I began to truly appreciate the intricate work that goes into producing high-quality sound and lighting. Today, I am proud to be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer service and provides high-quality equipment in the entertainment industry.
In my role as Customer Service Manager, I wear many hats. With my key responsibility being to provide support for our customers and innovate ways to improve the service. I also provide support for various other functions of the business, ranging from operations to HR and purchasing. I am constantly learning and adapting to new challenges, and I thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
