The MA 4120 MKII from Clever Acoustics is a 4 zone matrix amplifier that is ideal for use in commercial environments, such as warehouses, schools, entertainment venues or churches. It provides multiple input channels that can each be assigned to any of the four zones, and the four inbuilt amplifiers allow for multiple speakers to be connected at the same time to cover an extremely large area.

There are five input channels on this multi zone amplifier, with each having its own volume control dial to choose how present you want it to be in the overall audio mix. The inputs themselves are 6.3mm Jack/XLR connections, with the ability to switch between line and mic level for inputs one to four. Each of these input channels can be assigned to any of the four zone outputs, where you can then adjust the overall volume for each zone to suit your commercial building perfectly.

Four separate 120W amplifiers are built into this unit, which can be switched between 25V, 70V or 100V line operation, as well as four to eight-Ohm low-impedance operation. The ability to switch between a low impedance or 100V line amplifier makes the MA 4120 MKII amp suitable for various applications, as you can use a wide range of installed speakers with it.

In addition to having an individual volume control for each input channel, there are also fully adjustable gain, treble and bass controls per channel. The gain control gives you the ability to choose the level of the input signal, while the treble and bass controls allow you to cut out or boost the low and high frequencies being reproduced by each channel to work best for your specific requirements.

Priority microphone paging is used on this 4 zone matrix amplifier, which means that any music playing from the line-level inputs will be briefly muted when someone is speaking using a microphone input. This makes it extremely clear when an announcement is being made to ensure that you have your staff or customers' full attention, and CH1 has automatic vocal priority, making the setup process quick and easy.
