The MPX-440X from Fonestar is a matrix port extender that is compatible with the MPX range of audio equipment from Fonestar in order to connect multiple devices to one input/output source. Connecting to an internet network, this matrix port extender is best suited for use in large audio systems throughout a commercial environment like a factory or hospital.

This matrix port extender has 6 LEDs on the front panel that indicate which channels are in current use as well as the power status of the unit. This makes it extremely easy to see which channels you are using so that you know how many available channels are still remaining.

The compact size of this port extender for matrix systems makes it easy to place in a tight location of your establishment comfortably. There are RJ-45 connections available on the back of this unit that can be used with CAT 5E cables to connect to external audio components such as the MPX range of equipment from Fonestar.
