This professional range digital audio matrix from Fonestar is a versatile unit accommodating flawless communication between numerous audio equipment, such as amplifiers, microphones and volume controllers. The MPX-4088 is compatible with a whole range of Fonestar’s digital sound system devices for large commercial installations in venues like stadiums, universities, recording studios and factories.

Featuring 8 analog inputs, this matrix mixer facilitates audio playback from various devices such as computers, MP3 or DVD players. In addition, 8 output zones are available for connecting external power or multi-zone amplifiers in order to reproduce sound from the used devices. With the PC software that controls this digital audio network, you can assign each analog input source to independent or several output zones, for example input 1 can be directed to zones 1,3 and 4 all at once.

Furthermore, 4 configurable digital channels are available for input and output connections,such as for using the MPX-400MIC model to make announcements across specific zones/rooms. These also facilitate the use of volume controllers, which can be digitally assigned to individual areas. The link RJ-45 port allows you to integrate a second MPX-4088 for expanding on the system with an additional 8 input and output analog channels.

This digital audio matrix can be remotely controlled through either PC software or an application available on iOS and Android smart devices. With this software, your entire system can be addressed and adjusted on a single network making for easy configuration, troubleshooting and management.

Through the MPX-4088T app/software you can assign input channels to specific zones, create presets for instant future access and adjust the volume and EQ of each channel to suit your preferences. This also features DSP effect customization with compressor, echo and noise gate voicing for further system settings.
