Our party DJ setups include packages with active or passive speakers. Active speakers are self-powered, so they can be plugged directly into mains power, while passive speakers require a separate power amplifier to produce audio. Any of our kits that include passive speakers will come with a suitable amplifier to power them.

Included in the majority of our home DJ setups are audio mixers. For a DJ, mixers are essential, as they give you control over EQ, volumes for separate channels and microphone inputs. All of the mixers in these kits have a crossfade feature, which allows you to mix and change between two separate audio sources together. For example, you could have a controller and a laptop connected to the mixer with two different tracks playing, and you can easily fade between the two with the crossfader which is ideal for DJs.

We have packages with small speakers, and these are more tailored towards home DJs who use the system in their bedroom for personal entertainment. The small speakers can still reach volume levels that neighbours won't enjoy, but perhaps aren't the best for house parties as you would need something a bit bigger.

Our packages that include larger speakers are ideal for house parties where a higher volume output is required. 12" and 15" speakers are great for this, as they will not only be louder than the smaller speakers, but they will also have a heavier bass output.
