This active speaker kit is a 1000W system perfect for use in small to medium-sized venues. Included in this package is a microphone kit with an adjustable tripod stand which is ideal for live performances or speeches. The speakers are an active/passive set, so one of them connects directly to a mains power source while the second unit is connected to the active speaker using the included speaker cable.

For audio playback, you can use the integrated USB MP3 media player. Connect a USB stick into the input located on the back of the active speaker and it will play any MP3 files in the order they're saved. This is great if you have any custom playlists that you want to play and don't want to manually change the song every time a track is coming to an end.

This active loudspeaker system features Bluetooth connectivity to stream audio wirelessly from a smart device. To pair powered speakers to your smart device, simply set the active unit to Bluetooth mode and you will find it ready to pair on your smartphone or tablet. Once connected, stereo audio will stream through both speakers at the same time.

For customisation of sound, this system features an integrated 5-band equaliser. Each slider of the equaliser represents a set of frequencies, so by increasing or decreasing each slider, you can cut out or boost certain frequencies in the sound mix. This is great to achieve audio suitable for the room or space the system is used in. For example, a larger and more open space will require more bass output to fill the room better.

This active speaker kit features built-in LEDs surrounding the woofers of each speaker. The LEDs are sound-to-light responsive, so will be activated when a relatively high volume of music is being played and will pulse along to the beat of the music. If you would prefer a more subtle look to the system then you can turn the LED function off by using the LED switches on the back of each speaker.
