Product Description

Expand on your pre-existing setup and deliver powerful sound with this active PA subwoofer. Combining professional sounding audio in a portable design, the SWA15" subwoofer is a necessary addition to a PA system for performers that want a boost of heavy bass.

This active bass bin can get up to 600W of power to enforce its presence within your speaker system. An integrated amplifier comes with the speaker allowing your rig to be a more travel-friendly size and still provide the same capabilities as a larger kit.

The fixed-in handles make manoeuvring this speaker easier. The carpet covering the sub makes it wear-resistant, giving it the flexibility to be used inside and outside. This can be especially useful for band's starting to perform regularly at all types of events, where great sound can be dispersed in any type of venue.

For a performer looking for extra weight to their bass output from their rig, this band subwoofer speaker will let out some powerful audio. The adjustable low-pass filter feature means that this speaker can output from the lowest bass signals to the midrange from the speaker's input. This leaves the top speakers with middle to high range frequencies, relaxing the work they do to usually output all frequencies. This allows for more clarity from the top speakers giving a more professional sounding audio performance.

The phase adjuster is a needed and helpful addition that allows you to get the subwoofer to play in sync with the other speakers connected, eliminating the chances of any audio becoming out of sync. This will ensure more consistent performance from your equipment and your active PA subwoofer.

I have a pair of Vonyx VSA 15BT active speakers. Is it possible to connect this sub woofer to these speakers? If so, how?
Question by: Timothy West on 16 Feb 2023, 09:46
There are several ways, depending on how you are feeding a signal to them. You could use the 3.5mm jack line out of one speaker to the subs RCA input, or a direct RCA feed from the mixer to the sub. This way just adds additional bass to your sound, it wont effect the main speaker performance.

Or the sub can go inline to the speaker feed. Ie, signal from mixer into the sub xlr, then out the sub and into the speaker. The sub will then bleed off bass to your set frequency. This is usually done with a sub for each speaker, making them perform as mid tops with the subs handling bass.
