This outputs 500w per channel at 4 ohms and 300w per channel at 8 ohms

The powered outputs are 1/4" jacks however the line level outputs for active speakers are XLR

If you wanted to yes. The rear panel has 6.35mm left and right jack outs which use the mixers built-in amp for passive speakers.
The are balanced XLR main signal outs which can be taken to an active speaker or amplifier
