Can you put 2 vonyx AP1500A active speakers plus a laptop into the mixer?

Yes, you can put a laptop into any of the line in channels on the mixer, and then either send a single phono cable out to each of the speakers, or send the pair of phono cables to one speaker and then use the line out/line in sections to carry the signal across

when it records - where is the file kept? Does it record to the iPhone inputting the music or does the desk record the sample?
