Ladder, triangle and square truss

There are three main types of truss that can all be used effectively for different purposes. Each style has different weight loads and designs, for example, ladder truss is compact and great for discreet truss solutions but doesn't have a high weight load capacity compared to square truss which is best suited for professional applications with more equipment being mounted on it.

Our aluminium ladder truss components and systems are great for portability and quick construction times. They have a 2-tube design and a lower weight loading capacity compared to their two counterparts, but this is great if you aren't planning on mounting heavy equipment on it. The compact design of ladder truss means that you can store it easily without taking up too much space, and the lightweight design allows for simple transportation.

Triangle truss has a 3-tube design and offers more weight loading capacity, ideal for lighting solutions in smaller clubs. All of our triangle truss is made from durable aluminium which provides a sturdy solution as well as being relatively lightweight to allow for easy transportation and construction. Triangle truss is a common choice to use in small clubs as it provides a relatively discreet finish while being strong enough to ensure the safe mounting of small to medium-sized lighting systems.

Square truss is the strongest truss on the market. It has a 4-tube design which provides maximum sturdiness while still being lightweight thanks to the aluminium material. Square truss, also known as quad truss or box truss, is favoured for larger professional applications such as music festivals and large clubs.

Portable staging

Within our staging category is portable staging. This includes risers, stage platforms, circular staging as well as complete packages. We offer these as singular risers and decks, as well as complete packages that are ready to be constructed straight away.

The decks that we offer with our packages are made with a lightweight aluminium frame and a tough plywood surface with a black 'Hexa' style pattern which provides extra grip. They are suitable for use outdoors and the anti-slip surface helps greatly if it's raining. The aluminium frame means that each deck is lightweight as well as durable, which makes for easy transportation and construction.

Our risers have a smart folding mechanism in an 'umbrella' style design. They click in place at the dedicated height and are extremely quick to set up. By using more than one of these in a single stage solution, you can be sure that they are at the same height, and the simple folding mechanism allows for quick assembly time and convenient storage.

Modular stage systems are another style of package that we have to offer. The term 'modular' is given to them as they can be constructed in a variety of ways thanks to their components such as stairs, decks and legs at varying heights. The different sized legs give you the choice to set each deck or platform at a different height, and this allows for the building of tiered seating and staging which is ideal for choirs and churches.
