Product Description

Power Dynamics' TG40 set is a wireless tour guide system made up of a transmitter and receiver, as well as a headset, and a pair of earphones for the receiver. The system will function even when the transmitter and receiver are up to fifty metres apart, making it suitable for large audio tours in outdoor environments. Also featured is advanced UHF transmission technology, which gives you the ability to switch to a different channel if you begin to pick up interference from another radio signal.

A battery powered transmitter is provided for the guide leading the tour to use. This has a compact and lightweight design, making it easy to carry while walking on a tour, with a clip to fit onto your belt. The receiver also has this clip, and weighs just 0.15 kilos so that the audience for your tour can take it with them without any inconvenience. This is ideal for longer tours around historical attractions or famous buildings.

This tour guide system can still function even whenthe transmitter and receiver are as much as fifty metres apart, making it great for outdoor walking tours around cities or historical sites. Both the transmitter and receiver are powered by disposable AA batteries. The transmitter can be paired with an unlimited amount of receivers, so you can scale this set up for large tours or for other types of guided listening like language interpreting at seminars.

Also included is a microphone headset that connects to the transmitter, as well as a pair of earphones for the receiver. The headset has a band to fit around the back of your head to keep the mic in place next to your mouth, ensuring it will remain in place to transmit your voice to your audience whilst also being comfortable to wear. The inclusion of this microphone and the earphones make this setup ready to go straight out of the box.

UHF digital transmission technology is used with this wireless tour guide system, which ensures that there will be less radio interferencethan with a VHF setup. This is a necessity for tour guides, as having a clear spoken broadcast to your customers is key to an enjoyable tour experience.
