How long does the battery last?
Question by: Jamie Tike on 6 Mar 2019, 15:47
The speaker should last up to 6 hours on a full charge.
Answer by: Ben Williams on 6 Mar 2019, 15:50
Hi I have held the skip track button like it told me in the manual but the volume has not increased
Question by: Craig duffield on 3 Sep 2019, 18:44
Hi, This will only work if you are using the USB/SD/Bluetooth options to play music, it may also already be at max volume in which case it will not alter no matter how long you press the skip button. If you hold the reverse skip track button to see if the volume goes down, then it should show whether the unit is set a max or not. If there is no response from either skip button then the unit may be faulty, in which case you would need to contact us at info@electromarket.co.uk with your order number and contact details so we could look to resolve this for you.
