What type of speakers do I need for this Mixer/Amp? Powered or normal please?

This is a powered mixer, meaning it has a built in power amplifier of 2x 200WYou will need a set off Passive (normal) speakers. The mixers speaker outputs are either 6.35mm jack plug or NL2 Speakon plug, which can be connected to bare wire at the speaker end if required.
