The SL6 speakers from Vonyx are a pair of passive DJ speakers that provide high-quality audio once connected to a suitable power amplifier (not included). They have a 500W max power rating between the pair of them, providing volume levels that are perfect for small venues or home use for DJs once they have been powered appropriately.
With a 2-way design, these passive disco speakers provide a wide frequency output in order to hear every aspect of the audio being played through them perfectly. The 6-inch woofer drivers and piezo horns provide crisp low to midrange frequencies with clear and detailed high frequency reproduction, while the bass reflex ports add an extra punch to the lower frequency output.
On the rear of each of these passive loudspeakers are 6.3mm Jack and bare wire clamping terminals that allow you to connect them to your amplifier using suitable cables. The option to choose between either of these connections is useful, as you can use various cables to connect the speakers to your amplifier.
Each of these passive DJ speakers has a 35mm tophat mount on the bottom of them that allows you to use them on suitable speaker stands for elevated performance. By mounting them on stands, natural vibrations are reduced and the sound that the speakers are producing will carry further through a venue so that they are performing to the best of their ability.
These passive disco speakers have a compact and lightweight design without compromising on sound quality, making them ideal for small mobile DJ use. They are covered with a damping black felt material to reduce unwanted vibrations, and they also have built-in carry handles on either side of each cabinet in order to move them around freely and easily.
