The Max SP12 passive DJ speakers are high-powered but lightweight units perfect for mobile DJs for medium-sized venues. With 1400W power, these passive disco speakers offer high volume levels and a well-rounded frequency response to ensure that your audience can hear every aspect of your mix.

These passive DJ speakers have a 3-way design with a 12" woofer, a midrange driver and a tweeter. This means that the woofer handles all of the low frequencies in a mix, the midrange driver reproduces all of the mids and the tweeter handles all of the high frequencies. This design ensures that you can hear the smallest and intricate details in your music, perfect for DJs.

As well as a 3-way design, these passive DJ speakers feature two integrated bass ports. The bass ports amplify and give more definition to the bass response, ensuring a booming and clear sound. For DJs who prefer to play bass-heavy music, the SP12 speakers from Max are for you.

For ease of transport, these passive disco speakers feature integrated carry handles on both sides of the cabinets. The speakers are lightweight so are already fairly easy to carry, however, the handles make it as simple as possible when moving the speakers from location to location. They also feature corner protectors to ensure to keep the units safe from damage when in transport.

Most DJs will want to mount their speaker onto stands, and the tophat on these SP12 speakers allows this. By mounting the speakers onto suitable stands, the sound will be carried further throughout any venue, and will also be at or above head level with your audience to ensure that they can hear your mix perfectly.
