Product Description

This Max SHOWKIT beginner electric acoustic guitar and amplifier package is a complete kit that is ready to play straight away. Including an electro-acoustic guitar, an amplifier and several accessories, you have everything you need to start playing.

The included guitar in this acoustic guitar starter kit is an electric-acoustic style, meaning that it can be used either plugged into an amplifier or completely unplugged. It has a dreadnought cutaway shape, giving the user access to all of the higher frets on the guitar with ease for comfortable playing, perfect for beginners or more experienced players.

With an included amplifier, you have the choice to use the guitar amplified or unplugged. The amplifier has EQ control in the form of treble, mid and bass dials, providing you with a way to customise the sound to fit your preferences and work best with the genre of music you intend to play. For example, if you are playing using a finger-picking technique, it would be bestfor the guitar to sound as bright as possible, while if you are playing country music then it wouldn't need to sound as bright.

The amplifier also has a 3.5mm jack AUX input which allows the connection of devices such as a smartphone, laptop or tablet using a cable. This is great for practising purposes if you want to play along to backing tracks, and also makes the amplifier suitable to listen to music through. There is also a headphone output so you can hear what you are playing without any background noise disturbing you.

This guitar starter kit includes all the necessary accessories to get you started. The carry bag makes the guitar easy to transport as well as keeping it in mint condition when not in use. As well as this, there are two plectrums, a spare set of strings, a guitar tuner, shoulder strap, jack cable and an alum key, providing everything you need to get started. The carry case also has a zip-up pocket that you can store all of the additional accessories into keep them in one place.

Product Questions
Hi there, is this a left handed guitar please ?
Thanks
Question by: Elizabeth Stewart on 18 Dec 2021, 22:06
Unfortunately we do not sell any left handed guitars.
Answer by: Jamie Atkins on 21 Dec 2021, 09:53
Hi,

My fingers are quite short and I've found it difficult on other guitars to stretch my fingers on the neck to reach certain chords. Please advise is the neck on this guitar smaller than most guitars? One that will enable me to be more comfortable in reaching the chords?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. These are standard sized guitars so will likely be no different to what you have tried. I would suggest if possible that you visit a guitar shop / music shop and actually try some out in person. Perhaps a student model or 3/4 size model would suit you best
