The SPL500 amplifier included in this karaoke system supplies power to the two passive speakers, giving you a central control unit to adjust the volume of each speaker. Each of the speakers in this kit have a 3-way driver layout, with a separate woofer, midrange horn and piezo tweeter driver. This design ensures a full-range output that effectively captures the sound of a backing music track and your vocals.

Included in this home karaoke system is a microphone mixer and two handheld dynamic microphones with cables. The addition of two microphones in this kit allows you to sing either by yourself or with another person, and the on/off switches on the microphones make it easy to stop them picking up sound.

On the microphone mixer in this kit, there is an adjustable tone control, which you can use to control the low or high frequencies being reproduced from your voice.
