The Max KB5 kids keyboard instrument features illuminated keys that react to touch when playing. This is a unique feature of the keyboard and is ideal when learning to play as each note lights up, as well as looking interesting in rooms with low light, great for kids.

This is a full-sized kids keyboard, suitable for children wanting an instrument as close to a real piano as possible, but can also be used easily by experienced players. Although full-sized, it is very lightweight which makes for easy and simple portability.

The Max KB5 electronic keyboard operates on mains or battery power (batteries not included). The battery power feature means you can use this keyboard in any location without mains power, such as outdoors. You have the choice to use it while plugged in for permanent positioning or unplugged for occasions where you will be moving the keyboard around.

Featuring a headphone jack connection, you can plug headphones into the keyboard for silent playingand practising. This is great for late-night playing if you don't want to disturb anyone, and also great for beginners who aren't quite ready to play in front of anyone.

An extremely useful feature of the KB5 is a record and playback function. By using this, you can record anything you are playing and then play it back through the built-in speakers, ideal if you are writing music and don't want to forget what you've written. The built-in metronome with adjustable BPM means you can practice in time.
