Record Players have experienced a huge return to the market over the last decade. As more and more people embrace the digital music age, people have found joy in physically holding something in their hands, in this case, their favourite albums.

All too often people think of record players as a thing of the past, however modern technologies have at last caught up with the general public and now all your existing vinyl are able to be recorded and sampled directly via a USB link. The option is there should you choose to record a relatives old vinyl into digital form, for instance.

Our record players are fitted with ceramic needles and are designed to produce a warm and classic tone into your music, many chillhop records have a similar "glow" or "fuzz" sound to them. This crackle effect is minor but very effective in portraying an old school feel in any potential samples you feel like creating within your DAW. The record players also come in many different styles too, helpful for executing modern interior design looks. Folks who enjoy a boho theme or are looking to highlight their passion for music within their home could too find something of their liking.

Is it worth buying a record player?

If like many others nowadays you've become (or have always been) a vinyl aficionado then its likely you already have a record player but if you are one of millions looking to have a physical connection to thier favourite tracks then look no further! Our great prices make it easier for you to enjoy albums of music that you can literally hold in your hands as opposed to pulling it from a streaming service or the cloud.

What's the difference between a record player and a turntable?

Turntables are more often than not a super sturdy, double record setup, surrounded by crossfaders and other creative innovations such as low and high pass filters and gain switches etc. Record players are focused to one record at a time and are designed for you to play and enjoy music rather than mixing it.
