The Hercules DJControl Inpulse 200 DJ controller is equipped with several functions and features that will prove to be perfect for both beginner and more advanced DJs. It comes with the DJUCED software that can be installed on your PC, and this software offers an extremely user-friendly interface with built-in lessons and tutorials that are ideal for beginners.
A great feature included with the Inpulse 200 DJ console is an IMA, which stands for Intelligent Music Assistant. By pressing the Assistant button in the centre of the controller, it will give you song suggestions based on the tracks that you are currently playing or have recently played, great if you are struggling to pick a song to mix.
Another smart feature that this DJ mixer controller has to offer is an energy level dial. This has a backlit effect that goes from blue to red to indicate the intensity of the party. For example, blue means calm, so the IMA will suggest appropriate songs for this, while red meansintense, therefore the IMA will suggest higher-intensity songs to match the atmosphere of the party.
The DJControl Inpulse 200 has a hardwired braided USB cable that allows connection directly to a PC. This is great if you are limited in power sources, as you dont need to connect the controller to mains power; simply plug the USB cable into your PC and it is ready to go.
For ease of use, this DJ controller has a beatmatch function. For beginner DJs this is a great feature, as it means you dont have to manually align two different tracks together to be in time; simply press the beatmatch button and the controller and software will do it all for you.
