The FSD-4500E from Fonestar is a multi zone amplifier that is perfect to use in a large commercial environment like factories, warehouses and sports facilities. There are four separate input channels, allowing you to connect multiple audio devices like DVD players or MP3 players in order for various audio signals to be sent to different areas of your building.

Operating at 4x 400W RMS or 2x 480W RMS, this 100V line amplifier gives you the option to connect a large number of speakers to each output channel in a daisy-chained wiring configuration. The total number of speakers that you can use with the amplifier will depend on the power rating of each speaker you are using.

Each of the four output channels on this installation amplifier can be switched between 100V or 70V operation, allowing you to choose the power output per channel to work perfectly with the passive speakers you are using with the amplifier. Both 100V and 70V operation mean that speakers can be wired at afar distance from the amplifier without resulting in any signal or audio quality loss.

There are multiple safety measures that this multi zone amplifier implements in order to keep it safe during continued operation on a day-to-day basis. These include forced ventilation with variable fan speed depending on the temperature of the amplifier, peak signal indicators and GPIO fault indicators, notifying you when the amplifier is being driven too hard or when something has been set up incorrectly in the wiring process.

On the rear of this 100V line amplifier is a DANTE expansion port that is compatible with the FSD-22D expansion module from Fonestar. By using this, you can connect the amp to a LAN network and then control the audio signals through the use of a specialised software on a computer device, therefore reducing cabling in the setup while giving you a convenient way to adjust settings and route the audio signals to your requirements.
