Unfortunately at this time we do not have such guides available, if you search youtube for video instructions on how to change a speaker driver then there should be multiple videos freely available.

Do you need to use a crossover to produce only midrange from the speaker when connecting

To isolate frequencies you would need a crossover - although if its a replacement the crossover should already be installed.
