The 12-inch ride cymbal has dual-zone triggering that provides defined regions for ride bow and ride bell, making it versatile and responsive to different playing styles. The mounts on this kit are adjustable to suit individual preferences for height and angle.

The drum pads on this kit have dual-zone rim and main pad triggers, with 1x10-inch and 3x8-inch mesh drum pads topped with Carlsbro's refined real mesh heads and low-profile drum rims. The sensor technology in the heads alleviates dead spots across the playing surface, creating a realistic and natural response. The 8-inch mesh bass pad comes with a chain-driven kick pedal, while the legless hi-hat stand has an open/close pedal for a genuine acoustic kit feel.

The USB Audio and MIDI interface technology allows for high-quality audio recording directly to your DAW from the USB output, with MIDI data, recording, and MIDI control with drum tutorial software, all via a single USB cable. The built-in advanced kit builder software enables you to create up to 10 user-defined drum kits that will be stored directly on the module.

The COMMANDER25 sound module is firmware upgradable and allows for kit expansion. The CSD45M digital drum kit can be expanded and adapted with additional units available from Carlsbro, such as a noise-reducing bass control pedal, a 4th Tom pad in 8-inch or 10-inch, a 2nd bass drum pad, or control for a double kick.
