The BETA-50 from Block & Block is an extremely high-quality truss lifting tower, offering easy transportation and secure operation in both indoor and outdoor environments. Its versatile design facilitates use during live events like festivals, and even during permanent fittings, such as in museums and exhibitions.

Constructed with a heavy-duty carbon steel frame coated in epoxy to prevent corrosion, the lifting tower can be used in outdoor applications for extended periods of time. The base is fitted with a set of non-slip rubber feet to easily move it around and get it into the desired position.

Simple assembly and disassembly is offered by its compact, foldable frame, therefore furthering its ability to be transported and stored. Ground support is ensured by the four telescopic boom arms that can be installed without the need for additional equipment or tools. The ends of the booms are fitted with adjustable steel-plated spindles that hold the lifting tower in place without the risk of it falling over.

The BETA-50 can be efficiently placed as the built-in water level gauge ensures a balanced tower with accurate vertical positioning. Height extension is available up to 5.3m with easy setting adjustments done by the rotating winch handle and 6mm steel rope. The gear cranked handle features an automatic holding brake that prevents equipment free-falling when unwinding the winch.

With a suitable adapter the BETA-50 can be used for line array lifting in order to optimise audio coverage throughout indoor and outdoor venues. Its variable height setting is perfect for elevating lighting truss gantries during events like conventions, trade shows and stage performances.
