On each side of the Hercules Compact are 2 rotary jog wheels, providing the ability to €šÃ‹Å“scratch' the audio playing through the system as well as sync up the beat of both tracks precisely. There are also 4 illuminated performance pads with effects such as loop, cut-cue and sample, giving you plenty of options to create your own personal mixes at home.

Included with this small DJ set is the DJUCED 18 software. This is a fantastic software for beginners as it includes features such as video DJ academy, interactive help and beatmatch guides. It is also a modular interface so you can customise it to fit your tastes, making it great for more advanced DJs.
