This bedroom DJ setup includes the Hercules Compact DJ controller, a small and user-friendly audio controller that offers many functions ideal for beginners or more experienced DJs.  The included DJUCED 18 software is fantastic for beginner DJs with features such as video DJ academy, interactive help, IMA (Intelligent Music Assistant) and beatmatch guides. Each guide is easy to follow and understand, making it a suitable beginner DJ set. 

On each side of the Hercules Compact are 2 rotary jog wheels, with the ability to €šÃ‹Å“scratch' the audio playing through the system, as well as line up the tracks on each side of the controller precisely. There are also 4 illuminated performance pads with effects such as loop, cut-cue and sample, giving you plenty of options to create your own personal mixes at home.

Within this DJ package for beginners are the SMN30B speakers, an active/passive stereo monitor set. Supplied as a pair, the SMN30B speakers means that one unit hasan amplifier built into it while the second unit is passive and connects to the main speaker using the included speaker cable. This design is great for beginners, as it can be easily set up for impressive results.

These studio monitor speakers provide high-quality stereo sound and their 2-way design covers a wide frequency range and accurate sound reproduction. On the rear of each speaker is an acoustic reflex port that amplifies the bass frequencies being reproduced, resulting in a deep sound. The tonal controls, that you can adjust, are also located on the main unit, making it extremely easy to set your preferred sound.

Headphones supplied in this bedroom DJ setup are an excellent addition as it allows you to mix throughout the night and day without disturbing anyone.
