Part of BeamZ professional lighting range, this BTF440Z LED fresnel light unit has been designed to replace older halogen theatre spot light fixtures with a modern and energy efficient design. This versatile light has an RGBW 40W COB chipset that is suitable for wash lighting and spot light duties in four colours without the need for gel sheets or colour filters.
The powerful COB system offers the equivalent power of 300-500W halogen lamps, with its four selectable colours of Red, Green, Blue and White offering a colour temperature range of 3000k to 8000k with a luminance rating of 6697lx at 1m. This vivid colour output makes the BTF440Z perfect for stage use in theatres and as production lights.
These fresnel light fixtures are a fantastic choice for school drama studios and stages for replacing the old halogen lighting which cost a fortune in electricity to run. The hugely efficient COB technology reduces power consumption to under 1amp, which is incredible for the light output available, along with the ultra long 50,000 hour LED life.
The digital thermal management, fan cooling and aluminum enclosure allows these production lights to run very cool, making them ideal for wash lighting and close up spot work on video shoots and photography studios where the 25-80 degree manual zoom and flicker free output offer professional lighting results.
A great upgrade for theatre spot light systems, the 11-channels of DMX allow access to the 16-bit digital dimming which allows for accurate output level control, and the 1-19Hz adjustable flash rate for strobing functionality. The inclusion of removable barn door plates for shadow and spread control and a hanging bracket means the BTF440Z is ready for installation in any lighting rig.
