Derby, par and strobe effects, as well as a laser, make up the 4-in-1 BeamZ Multibox DJ light effect. The derby effect distributes patches of light around the room, while the par effect produces a more direct spot of light - both of these effects feature colour mixing for a bright and vibrant display. The laser is red/green, while the strobe speed can be adjusted between 1 and 24 FPS. These functions can be fine-tuned using an external DMX controller, or the light can operate automatically. This LED light effect is perfect for mobile DJs, combining four effects and removing the need for multiple lights.

Included in this 4-in-1 LED light effect is a par light. This provides a relatively narrow beam, although it is broader than the derby and laser effects. This effect works very well in conjunction with the derby light, and has RGB-UV colour mixing. The UV light is a great addition to the mixture, making bright colours glow in the dark, so it is perfect for use at parties. The derby effect is a practical substitute to a disco ball for mobile DJs, and this also features RGBAWP colour mixing. By mixing the colours, you can create almost any tone to suit the venue you are using.

Additionally, the Multibox is equipped with a 100mW red and 50mW green laser. This can be used in combination with a smoke machine to send extremely narrow beams of light around the room, which is an excellent effect for use at gigs and in nightclubs. The fourth included effect is a stroboscope, which uses a ring of eighteen 0.2W white SMD LEDs to create a flashing effect between 1-24 FPS and adds a dynamic effect to your light show.
