The Audizio Turin is an internet radio tuner. You can connect this internet radio to your home network via the wired Ethernet LAN connection for improved, stronger signal strength and sound quality, or you can connect it wirelessly to your home WiFi network. The internet radio capabilities give you access to countless radio stations all over the world.
With a built-in Bluetooth receiver, you can pair a suitable smart device to stream audio wirelessly. This is perfect if you cannot find a radio station suiting your preferences and want to play your own music from any app or streaming service, also great for small gatherings at home.
This internet radio has a large 2.4" display with a dimmer function to ch
ange the brightness. Offering extremely clear resolution, the large screen shows you details such as the current time, the radio station you're tuned into as well as the mode that the tuner is currently set to. You can adjust any settings using the screen itself, or you can use the included IR remote control to change the settings wirelessly at a distance.Including an alarm clock and sleep timer, this internet radio will play music exactly when you choose. The alarm clock can be set to a particular time, and you can choose the radio station that it will tune into so you can wake up peacefully. The sleep timer functions in the opposite way, as the music will stop playing at a selected time, ideal if you like to sleep with the radio on but you don't want it playing all night.
Located on the rear of this internet radio tuner is a 3.5mm Jack AUX input that will allow you to connect it to an amplifier or active speaker in your home. The Turin doesn't feature built-in speakers,so it is necessary to connect it to a suitable sound system for audio playback to be achieved. Included upon delivery is a 3.5mm Jack to RCA cable so you have everything you need to get it up and running straight away.

If you're listening via an internet radio device you should be able to listen to live BBC radio stations and access podcasts. Full on-demand programmes (i.e. programmes which have already been broadcast) are not available on internet radio; you'll need to access these either via the BBC Sounds website or app.
