Commercial pendant speaker system for background music and announcements in high-ceilinged environments such as warehouses, factories, and garden centres. This public address system comes complete with a power amplifier, eight hanging pendant speakers, and two 50m reels of high-quality speaker cable.
The PDS65B speakers in this 100V line PA system feature a hanging pendant design and are suspended by the provided steel core cables. Once the speakers are hanging from the ceiling, they are closer to the ground to achieve effective dispersion of sound. Each speaker's sleek black finish allows it to fit in with any surroundings seamlessly.
100V line wiring is used with the PRM360 amplifier and speakers in this system, allowing a large distance of cable without the worry of losing sound quality. The amplifier has Bluetooth for wireless audio streaming as well as a USB/SD MP3 player for playing previously saved audio files and playlists from a USB stick or SD card.
Asidefrom Bluetooth and the MP3 player, the amplifier has multiple line inputs for connecting devices such as CD players, media players, and laptops using cables. There are several microphone inputs for making announcements, and each line and mic-level input channel has an independent volume control for ease of mixing.
The PDS65B commercial pendant speakers have a 2-way coaxial driver arrangement with a separate 6.5" woofer and 1" tweeter per unit, providing a broad frequency range and great sound reproduction. These speakers are also IPX5 certified, which means they are resistant to dust and moisture, making them suitable for damp environments such as warehouses and factories.
