This background music system is a complete package that comes with an amplifier, 6 ceiling speakers, 6 fire hoods and the copper speaker cable needed to connect everything together. Providing a discreet look once installed with multiple playback options, this commercial ceiling speaker package is perfect for use as a restaurant sound system or in other commercial environments like offices or cafes.

The included PRM120 amplifier from Power Dynamics has a built-in Bluetooth receiver, giving you the ability to pair a smart device and stream any audio wirelessly. There is also a built-in USB/SD media player with an LCD display menu which is great for playing saved playlists from a USB stick or SD card.

Included in this background music system are the Power Dynamics FCS5 ceiling speakers. These units have a 2-way coaxial design with a separate 5.25-inch woofer and 1-inch dome tweeter per speaker, providing a well-rounded frequency output. The grille on each speaker is connected magnetically to the housing, making them easy to remove for customisation purposes while providing a near-flush finish in the ceiling when installed.

There are 6 ceiling speaker fire hoods included in this package that are to be installed above each speaker in the ceiling to reduce the spread of fire. These are necessary in commercial environments like restaurants to adhere to fire safety regulations, and they are suitable to be implemented in various ceiling designs such as suspended or plasterboard.

On the PRM120 amplifier in this system, there are multiple line and microphone inputs, some of which can be switched between a line or mic connection. Each input channel has an independent volume control, meaning that you can connect multiple devices simultaneously and achieve a perfect blend of audio for background music and announcements.
