Truss lift tower setup with two GAMMA-50 lifting towers and four truss adapters for simple and safe elevation of truss during live shows, festivals and exhibitions. These truss lift towers each have a loading capacity of 300kg and a foldable design, making them extremely durable for heavy equipment while also being easy to transport and store in a space-efficient manner.

Each of the GAMMA-50 lifting towers has a sturdy steel frame with an epoxy coating that prevents them from rusting when used outdoors for extended periods of time. They also feature non-slip rubber wheels and feet, allowing for simple movement around a location as well as ensuring they don’t move around when set up.

These truss lifts have a maximum height of 6.2m, making them suitable for any sized venue, both permanent and temporary. To establish the appropriate level, the height extension is divided into five sections, with a safety pin per level that mechanically locks into place once the height has been reached.

A 6mm steel rope is used on each of these truss lifts with a geared crank handle and winch mechanism, making it extremely easy to adjust the height of each tower. Automatic holding brakes are also used for the towers, making sure that they don’t suddenly drop in height to guarantee safe operation when lifting truss.

Four truss support adapters are included with these lifting towers, inserting easily onto the two forks on the top of each tower. Once installed, the U-shaped clamps on each adapter can hold truss segments in place, with a safety locking pin on each bracket keeping the truss from moving while in operation after being raised.
