This in ceiling smart speaker package is a complete system that is perfect for providing high-quality audio playback throughout an entire home environment. Consisting of 8 WiFi amplifiers, 16 ceiling speakers, 16 fire hoods and two reels of speaker cable, this WiFi ceiling speaker system includes everything you need in order to set it up.
Included in this ceiling speaker fire hood setup are 8 of the WA-225W smart amplifiers from Fonestar. These operate using WiFi and connect to your home network so that they can be controlled from a smart device also connected to the same WiFi network. Once powered and paired with your WiFi, you can use compatible apps on your smart device to play audio wirelessly to each amplifier.
Once all eight amplifiers are connected to your home WiFI network, you can access each of them independently using an app on your smart device. By setting up each amplifier in a separate room, you have the ability to play the same audio at various volume levels in multiple rooms of your home while controlling it all from your smart device.
The included QI65CB ceiling speakers have a coaxial 2-way design that features a 6.5-inch woofer driver and 1-inch dome tweeter per unit. The tweeter has a swivel design, meaning that you can aim it towards the listening area for the clearest sound possible. Each speaker has a removable magnetic fit steel mesh grille that provides a flush fit in the ceiling for an unobtrusive and professional look in any room.
This kit includes the HOODY 7 ceiling speaker fire hoods, which are to be placed above each speaker in the ceiling to prevent the spread of fire. They can be installed in a variety of ceiling types such as suspended or plasterboard, making them highly versatile to be used in different homes.
